Fitness Boot Camp

This camp is geared towards weight loss, general toning, and overall healthy fitness. It will be held at Rice Track Stadium at 8:30am-9:30am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Month of March(12 Sessions) beginning March 7th ending April 1st. It will continue on a monthly basis and the numbers will be limited to 12 total participants. It will be instructed by Casey Thom, who is a former All-American Decathlete and a current coach of the Rice Track and Field Team. Casey holds a master's degree in Sport Science and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
